Garden Guardians

Defend the Green from unstoppable Zombie

At the start of each level, the player is given many planting holes and a central board filled with colored tiles. The goal is to protect the garden from zombies, which come in waves and colors. To plant a plant, the player must drop the corresponding colored tile to create a new plant in one of the planting holes. Each correctly matched plant will grow and automatically shoot at zombies of the same color. This means that the player must pay attention to both the color of the approaching zombies and the tiles available to them. If any zombie reaches the end of the path and attacks the garden, the level will end immediately. Winning requires careful planning, quick reflexes, and strategically placing plants of matching colors to keep the garden safe.

Tips and tricks

Color Matching

One of the most important strategies in Garden Guardians is managing color association. Players should focus on matching tiles to the closest zombie threat first. For instance, if a red zombie nears the garden, quickly place red puzzle pieces into available planting spots to counter it effectively. Remember which zombies will come next and prepare the trees in advance. Also, when players have a mix of pieces that don't match the current zombie, arrange them on the board in a way that allows players to access them once the matching color appears.

Become a Gardener

The layout of the pieces in the Garden Guardians is important. Players should not just randomly place pieces, but create organized rows or clusters by color to retrieve and organize in chaotic moments. Players can use the first few seconds of each wave to arrange the puzzle board when the pressure is low. Players should also plant in multiple rows to create overlapping fire fields, especially for zombie colors that often appear.
